Cooper’s Hawk is taking over South Florida with another location, this time at the Dania Point complex in Dania Beach. The concept blends restaurant, Napa-style tasting room, and artisanal retail market to create a unique dining experience.

To pop things off, Tim McEnery led the signature uncorking ceremony by popping the cork of the brand’s Blanc de Blanc to bring good luck. There was also a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Dania Beach Mayor Lori Lewellen, Dania Beach Chamber of Commerce President Pat Chukerman, and other notables. 

Inspired by the belief that food and wine hold the power to forge lasting connections, the upscale casual American menu features flatbreads, handcrafted risotto options, create your own surf and turf, burgers and sandwiches, salads, and desserts that are made daily in-house. Each dish on the menu is listed with a bin number, guiding guests to their selection’s perfect wine pairing.

The Dania Pointe location opened to the public on January 27th and is the 11th Cooper’s Hawk to open in Florida. Other South Florida locations include Pembroke Pines, Doral, Coconut Creek, and Palm Beach Gardens, bringing the total count to 42 across the country for the award-winning restaurant chain. 

Located off Interstate 95 north of Stirling Road, the large mixed-use development that will also feature a hotel, apartments, a bowling alley, and businesses such as Brandsmart, Ulta Cosmetics, and Starbucks.
